Design, production and assembly Our customer relationships always start with competent consulting based on technical knowledge and practical experience. This then leads to an in-depth dialogue with the customer to precisely de fine the wishes and requirements. BASTON technicians analyse the initial situation and find the re quired solution approach. This serves as the basis for designing a customised machine or plant.

The 3-D design is produced by the development team using CAD software from HiCAD. The most up-to-date process and mechanical machine elements are included in our designs. All parts that come into contact with water (e.g. calibration table) are made with non-rusting materials. In the design department the documents and operating instructions are produced to the CE standard.

The controls, circuit diagrams and software for the machines and plants to be constructed are produced by our electrical engineering department to EPLAN 5.7. The control cabinets and the machine are installed by our own team and in this way we can be sure of having the highest quality in function and safety.

BASTON places a lot of emphasis on the reliability of having an extensive vertical range of manufacture. For that reason we produce all relevant parts in our own house, starting with the welded constructions for the base frames and supporting parts, continuing with the mechanical processing of the machine elements and extending to the application of lacquer and instalment with electrical equipment. Our production department is fitted out with modern CNC machinery accordingly.
