Stacking systems and automatic stackers
We supply the stacking system that best suits your requirements.
Our delivery range covers a great number of stacking tables, ranging from tables for small profiles, wide profiles and sheets and extending to automatic stackers for window profiles and cable duct profiles.
All versions are available for single and double-strand systems:
- Tilting and discharging device with stainless steel support plate for extrusion lengths of up to 6000 mm
- Tilting and discharging device with support belt for extrusion lengths of up to 3000 mm
- Tilting and discharging device with roller conveyor for extrusion lengths of
up to 6000 mm
- Automatic stackers for window profiles (extrusion length 6200 mm)
- Automatic stackers for cable duct profiles (profile length 2000 mm)
- Automatic stackers for sheets
up to 1600 mm in width

Sheet extrusion lines
Another range concerns the design and construction of systems for extruding H-PVC foamed sheets and for the production of PVC and PMMA double-webbed sheets, up to a max. width of 1600 mm.
The delivery range is graded according to the max. width of the sheets in the ranges 400, 600, 1000, 1200, 1600 mm and contains the necessary components:
- Calibration tables with up to 4 vacuum pumps and lengths of up to 10,000 mm
- Calenders
- Cooling units
- Caterpillar / roller and roll haul-offs
in different widths
- Protective film application
for top and bottom
- Side trim units with 1-4 sawing units, depending on the sheet width
- Chipless longitudinal cutting with 1-4 cutting units, depending on the sheet width
- Reduction of the edge trimming
- Cross-cut saw for cutting lengths
- Chipless cross-cut sawing for cutting lengths depending on the sheet width
- Stacking appliances, or automatic stackers

Central vacuum system
At the classical vacuum site vacuum pumps produce the highest negative pressure achievable (Liquid ring vacuum pumps theor. 33mbar absolute). To create a lower vacuum the system has to be ventilated. This means that produced energy will be eliminated and also noise will be caused.
The central vacuum system creates only the needed negative pressure independent of different pressure zones with different pressures. The exact suction will be reached by switching on and off of single vacuum pumps controlled by SPS.
As a result there is no ventilation necessary and no additional noise will be caused. Moreover this leads in practice to energy savings of up to 50%!

Pipe haul-offs and start-up aids
For extruding plastic pipes we produce haul-offs with external diameters of up to 1600 mm. Both pad and belt haul-offs can be supplied. The caterpillars are individually equipped with a modern AC-Servo drive and are synchronised exactly with a digital regulator.
We have developed a special starting aid for starting up the pipes. This makes it possible to start production without any start-up pipe. More information is available on request.
Our delivery range for pipes comprises:
- Pipe haul-offs with 3, 4, 6, 8 or 10 caterpillars with multi-motor technology, for a range of diameters up to a max. 1600 mm
- Haul-offs with dual caterpillars for pipes up to a max. 160 mm diameter
- Haul-off and cutting saws for multi-strand units up to 63 mm in diameter
- Rope winches, as start-up assistance when commencing production
- Upstroke saws for pipes of up to
160 mm in diameter
