BASTON offers its customers the possibility of putting together their extrusion plants individually and efficiently to meet their own requirements.

In cooperation with partner companies we provide complete systems with the correct single-screw extruders with screw diameters of 35, 45, 60, 75 and 90 mm in the lengths 26D, and 30D for various plastics.

You can also choose from various models of co-extruders for different applications. The co-extruders are available with screw diameters of 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 to 50 mm in the length 24D, for different kinds of plastics.

Thanks to our close co-operation with leading tool- makers we can supply complete extrusion systems with the necessary profile tools. The tools are then run in in our partners' own pilot plant stations or on site in the customer's factory on the basis of time-and-materials billing.

Tools are designed, constructed and perfected to production maturity for a great variety of profile geometries and for very different plastics and extrusion processes. The high quality, precision and reliability of the extrusion tools ensure short set-up times, long service lives, high productivity and at all times the right profile geometry to suit the respective function.
