Stacking Machine for Window Profiles
In cooperation with TÜV-Saarland we have developed and produced a new security concept for our Profiles Stacking Machines. For this we focused our attention on a secure and user friendly handling operation. The certified construction of the Stacking Machine has complete security with a “laser-scanner and light-barrier”.
When approaching or being in contact in the security zones, the corresponding functions are automatically interrupted and then reactivated on leaving the security zones by “self-quit”. This operation is only interrupted when depositing a profile layer into the cassette. In this case the re-start of the machine has to be done by “manual-quit”.
